Will I see the actual bag before it ships?
Yes. Before dispatch, we email photos of the actual item prepared for your order so you can review it first. After your review, we complete the final packing and shipment.
Will the bag I receive look like the product photos?
The product photos show the style, colour and overall design of the bag. Small variations may occur between individual items, which is why we also send photos of the actual bag prepared for your order before it ships.
This way, you can see the item being prepared for you rather than relying only on product photos.
What do you check before dispatch?
Every order is individually reviewed before shipment.
We pay particular attention to the material, stitching, hardware, edges, structure, interior and overall condition of the bag before it is packed.
What happens after I place my order?
After your order is placed, we prepare the selected item and carry out our pre-shipment inspection.
We then email you real photos of the actual bag prepared for your order. After your review, we complete the final packing, arrange shipment and send you the tracking information.
Can I change or cancel my order before it ships?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to assist with changes or cancellation before shipment. Once an order has already entered the shipping process, changes may no longer be possible.
What if the bag isn’t right for me?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.
Returned items must be unused and kept in their original condition, with the included packaging and accessories where applicable. If you need to arrange a return, contact our customer care team and we will guide you through the process.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on your destination.
International delivery usually takes approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to you by email so you can follow the delivery.
Please note that the pre-shipment inspection and photo review take place before dispatch.
